"Summoning the Black Moon" is the second EP material reissued on CD, of the black metal musical project Winds of Mayhem (WOM).
This EP was composed, recorded and mixed in a very short period of time during the end of December 2014 until the beginning of January 2015 after a brief moment of an unholy inspiration. Even if has a low quality production and some sorts of missing elements, "Summoning the Black Moon" remains until now the best ever material released by this one-man project, bringing together traditional black metal elements with some sorts of ambiance, dressed finally, in a classical way of the raw black metal stylish vocals.
